Still going! I’m pleased with today’s weigh-in as I haven’t been this weight in awhile. I did have a pretty bad weekend as far as food goes. Just wasn’t feeling it I guess. I keep telling myself tomorrow is a new day, and so each day I start over.
I still haven’t gotten over my sugar cravings. Mainly just craving Andy’s Frozen Custard, but haven’t really been craving cupcakes, which is sooooo good! I am allowing myself to have McDonald’s once a month and a cupcake once a month. I think that’s a good goal. 🙂
I’ve been trying to change up my breakfast and lunch so that I’m not eating the same thing all the time. I don’t have much of an appetite, so that makes it hard to eat something when it really doesn’t sound good to you, but you just eat it.
I’ve fallen in love with CauliPower pizzas! The crust doesn’t even taste like cauliflower and it’s a great way to fill my need for pizza! I’ve tried the Margarita and this week I’m trying the Three Cheese.
As far as getting moving, I need to move more. I haven’t been reaching my step goals and I just need to step it up (pun intended). So I’m going to work on getting a walk in every day around the neighborhood for at least 15 minutes. Going to start with 3 days a week and go up from there.
