This past week was a bit harder. I didn’t do well at all yesterday, but I held my head high and continued on with today. Sweets are still my weakness, but I have yet to have a cupcake since I started this program, which is a huge win for me!
I’ve been testing out have bigger meals instead of eating snacks in between. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Determined to find what works for me.
Weight loss has been slow, but I’m okay with that. It doesn’t help that I already have issues with my GI system (meaning I don’t go #2 as often as one should), but enough with the TMI! 😂 I’m still trekking on, trying to get to that 157 by the end of September!
I did try something new today that I loved! It was Caulipower Pizza! It’s in the frozen pizza aisle and it was so good! Tasted just like pizza crust and it’s only 330 calories for 1/2 a pizza. Try it and let me know what you think!
This past week wasn’t easy for me, but I also didn’t feel guilty when I didn’t eat the way I should have. My sister and BIL came into town and I did treat myself quite a bit. From the amazing Mexican food we had on Thursday night (I did forgo the margaritas, so I was proud of myself), all the way to the pizza on Friday night, and frozen custard for lunch on Saturday. I didn’t make the best choices, but I did enjoy them being here and did limit myself on certain things. No sodas, only water.
As you can see from my weight graph, there have been a lot of ups and downs, but notice the steady decrease. I try not to pay attention to those ups and do appreciate the downs. I haven’t gotten past 166, but I am going to step it up this week and work on only doing 2 desserts the whole week.
I was also added to my group during week 3 and that has been helpful. Seeing others struggling with the same things I am and seeing how they are working on them has helped me in a HUGE way. Excited about the next 3 months and where they will take me! Thanks Noom!!
